DAY 1. Take in the beautiful scenery of Northern Thailand and visit a local market on the drive (about 1.5 h) to an ethical elephant sanctuary in the Mae Taeng jungle. Learn about the rescued Asian elephants and how to safely feed and interact with them: walk with them in their jungle habitat where you can observe their natural behaviours such as foraging for their favourite foods and scratching on trees.

DAY 2. After breakfast, you will enjoy traveling by bamboo raft along 10 km of the scenic Mae Taeng River (up to 2 h). Following lunch at a local restaurant, we will take a short drive to the beautiful Doi Suthep-Pui National Park to visit the impressive Mok Fa waterfall, standing over 30 m high. Here there is always plenty of cool, clean water where you can swim and relax (40-60 min). Drive back to your chosen hotel in Chiang Mai.
