only walk - two days trip (trekking, waterfall & Karen village)


Eco-tourism for traditional villages and farmland, trekking about 6.30-7 hrs through thick, green jungle of the Inthanon mountain range, relax at the standing waterfall and overnight in the camp.





Day 1: Pick up from your hotel at 8.00 a.m. Drive straight to the south of Chiangmai about 40 mins then stop at the local market to get some supply. And continue to drive closer to the countryside about 1 hour more. The drive will take us through the beautiful jungle, farmland and small Karen tribe villages. Start walking about 3 hours to 3.30 hours through the thick and green jungle of Inthanon mountain area and having lunch in between. We will relax and spend time at the waterfall before the sunsets. Then enjoy a traditional dinner and fall asleep in the peaceful, quiet jungle.

Day 2: Wake-up in the mountains and warm-up with breakfast, bamboo tea and coffee. Then start to trek 2 hours deep to the rainforest to touch the beauty of the mother nature of wildlife, tropical birds, ferns and Thai herbs then stunning views. Having lunch in the midst of the jungle.

Then continue to trek about 2 hours to visit Karen tribe village, which is the largest hill tribe in Thailand. They are mostly live in the more remote mountainous areas due west of Chiang Mai. They are subsistence farmers who live at peace with nature and the forests. Their lifestyle is still influenced by their culture. Then drive back Chiang Mai city where‘s you will arrive at 18.00 p.m.
